Don’t you hate it when you can’t sleep!?!?!? I’m so tired but my body just wants to be doing something!! haha I probably shouldn’t be working out late at night!

So…I figured while I was up, I’d take this time to update all of you! I have successfully finished my first week of my 4th semester! I don’t even know where the time went. My second year at school is almost over! It’s so crazzyyy! Time is just flying by and it’s getting faster by the second! My classes are great, and I made my schedule pretty flexible so I can write and practice and study! So I’m extremely happy for that! Also I’ve been writing a lot more and I’m just coming up with ideas left and right! good right?! I’ve been writing with friends and by myself! I’m getting so pumped to go to California! March cannot come soon enough!!

Hey Everyone!

I hope you’ve been able to stay warm! We’ve had such crazy weather her lately! We had a “thundersnow”, as they liked to call it on the news, on Tuesday night. It was crazy! But, I must say it was beautiful. We got over 13 inches of snow!

Anyways, this past week I was writing with a very well known producer and singer/songwriter. Who’s name I will reveal since you’ve probably already seen him in my video’s . His name is Kevin DeClue and he is a 6 time multi-platinum producer out in LA! I was very fortunate that he came out to CT to work with me. For 3 days we just sat and wrote songs. It was such an amazing experience. We wrote 8 songs and there will be 10 songs on my debut album! I recently posted a video of an acoustic version of one of the songs we wrote. When the album comes out it will obviously be a full production of the song. You can view it HERE

Kevin is such a great guy and so funny and it was like we had known each other for years when we were writing everything just flowed so naturally.

To get you up to speed on everything else. I went a talk show in my hometown and my guitarist Josh Cushing and my producer Kevin DeClue came on the show with me to be interviewed. I have posted the interview and you can view that HERE

Over the next two months I will be in school, going to my regular classes and just writing like crazy, hitting the gym and also Kevin and I will be writing for a few movies! In March during my spring break I’m going to be flying to LA to record the songs,do some more interviews,photo shoots,meeting with publishing companies,helping to produce my record,writing some more. I am expected to be working 12-13 hour days! I’m so excited! Then when I come back I will still be writing more finishing my second year at Berklee and then back to LA to shoot the music video! And as of right now we’re working on setting up the tour for the summer!

This is going to be a great time, and things are going to get busy very quick! I want all of you to be apart of everything that happens! So I will be posting blogs or notes much more often to let you guys know what’s going on!

So tomorrow is a HUGE DAY! I’m super excited! I told everyone a lot was to be in store in the next couple of months and now it’s finally here! Tomorrow starts my journey! I have the amazing opportunity to work with a six time multi-platinum singer/songwriter/producer! We will be co-writing together for a week! After the songwriting process is over then it will move on to recording, photoshoots, music video and all.

THIS IS HUGE! And, one of the moments I’ve been waiting for my whole life! Although, I do want to take this time again to thank each and every one of you for your continuous support! It means a lot to me, and without you none of this would be possible. Your support is part of what pushes me to keep going!

There will be many more updates throughout the week, on new songs and what else is in store! I want all of you to take this journey with me!! =]

Things are getting much better, vocally. Muscle wise, it’s taking some time although the muscles are becoming more conditioned to stay where we’ve gotten them which is lower in my throat where they should be!! Thank goodness. I’m noticing how much easier it’s getting to sing now though, although I do feel like I have some off days. Like the other day when I sang on one of my friend projects for school, I was so nervous but it actually turned out quite well! So I’m happy with that.

Anyways, my fall semester is coming to a close and I can’t wait to be home with my family and friends! I know that I’m going to miss boston though, I always do…not too much going on in CT. Although, I will be writing all break, and recording some more songs to post online along with video’s and some new ringtones that will be available for download! If you don’t already know that I have ringtones available that are all FREE go check it out on myxer! also if you haven’t checked I have two video’s that I just posted that are from this summer you can watch those on my youtube

I hope all of you are enjoying this week and a half we have left before christmas and depending on where you live I hope you’re staying warm! I know I’ve been freezing!!! I’ll be writing again soon!

So as many of you know I’ve been semi out of the singing thing for a month now due to medical reasons. I have been given the clearance to sing, although I don’t wanna push it. I am in speech therapy getting my voice, and my throat muscles back in working order. The exercises that I’ve been given are really working!! So that’s good!

Now on to the great news. I am currently working with a well known producer/songwriter (the name to be given later on) and we’ve been writing songs, and will continue to be working on songs over my winter break. Then it’ll be off to record!! After that, a photo shoot will be taking place, and a music video, plus a tour So I hope you all stay tuned, things are going to be happening really fast and I couldn’t be any more excited! Things are finally taking off!!

I also want to take the time to thank all of you guys for your support, without you I wouldn’t be where I am today. I can’t thank you enough for believing in me and supporting me! =] I will never forget any of you, especially those who have allowed me to perform places, and those who have spread the word about me.

I’ll have more updates as soon as this semester is over in 2 weeks. That’s when everything will be kicked in to HIGH gear! I hope you all are doing well!
